This policy applies to QIAD websites, launch forms and the QIAD customer-operations platform. Each customer organization controls the customer data it uploads or connects to QIAD.

We collect information you provide, technical records needed to operate the service, and data received from integrations you deliberately connect.

• Account and company details, contact information and team roles.
• Customer records, conversations, files, bookings and operational data entered by an organization.
• Security, audit, delivery and diagnostic logs, including timestamps and limited network information.
• Billing information handled through the configured payment provider when self-service billing is enabled.

We use data to provide and secure QIAD, deliver connected-channel messages, support users, improve reliability, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

QIAD may process data through infrastructure, email, messaging, artificial-intelligence and payment providers required for features selected by the customer. A connected provider also applies its own terms and privacy policy.

Organization data is logically isolated. Access controls, encryption for stored integration secrets, audit records and restricted administrative access are used to protect the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Data is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Authorized organization administrators may request export or deletion, subject to applicable obligations and backup retention cycles.

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw launch-marketing consent, and disconnect optional integrations. Requests are verified to protect account data.

We may update this policy as QIAD evolves. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are published.
