By creating an account, joining a workspace or using QIAD, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant organization.

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, assign appropriate roles and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The organization administrator controls member access and connected channels.

You may use QIAD only for lawful business operations.

• Do not send spam, deceptive content or communications without required consent.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, security controls, tenant isolation or provider policies.
• Follow WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram and other connected-provider rules.

The customer retains its rights in customer data and is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, use and message its contacts. The customer instructs QIAD to process that data only to provide the selected services.

During the private launch, plans and limits may be assigned manually by QIAD administrators and self-service payment may be unavailable. Features, limits and commercial terms may change before general availability; material changes will be communicated to participating companies.

Third-party services may be unavailable or change their APIs. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before it is used for important customer, legal, financial or operational decisions.

We work to keep QIAD available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Access may be limited to protect security, comply with law, prevent abuse or address serious policy violations.

To the extent permitted by law, QIAD is provided without guarantees beyond an agreed written service commitment. Either party may stop launch participation; outstanding legal, confidentiality and data-handling obligations continue as applicable.
